Cream Puff












再戰cream puff 
一打的cream puff, 在15分中內被完全消滅了 :)

昨天在街上遇上了變態佬
起初他問我那裡有提款機,  然後他開始拉下褲鏈...
Anyway, 今天決定閉關在家中  
早上已經在網上買了防狼器   好驚再遇上變態佬!!




我決定不會再跟迫生人談話:((

胃藥














已經吃了一整個月藥    
昨天覆診以後  轉了藥 
接下來的 是再吃兩個月的份量
痴了什麼線  藥比我手指還要大

Scones





















英國人愛吃scones,
午後一壼紅茶, 英式鬆餅, clotted cream, jam, 
他們形容這下午茶吃法為 cream tea.

昨天老公說想吃cream tea, 
於是就立即上網找recipe 做scones 給他吃了 :)
原來鬆軟的scones, 只要用打蛋器輕輕把材料拌勻就可以了,

因為家裡沒有圓形模, 所以只是要手搓了成餅形就算了.. :P
樣是有點衰  但其實很好吃的 (haha)
下個月回日本的時候  要日本買很多很多很多烘培器具+材料!!!(\ [] /)!!!

Bath












復活節去了英國小鎮-bath
據說那是以前皇帝來浸浴, 浸溫泉的地方
那個溫泉池 要比成十幾磅先入到去睇(~__~)"
好鬼死貴呀!!

Macaron & Chinese Egg Custard Bun
























昨天跟老公同事的太太一起弄小甜品,
她本身已是高手了,  這次去偷師一下 :P
我們弄作了一中一西的 奶黃包 跟 macarons ~
macarons有檸檬及巧克力口味的
第一次的試驗品還算是很不錯了呢!

我老公笑說: 個奶黃包仲好味過茶樓的!

Almond White Chocolate Mousse Cake














It was our half year wedding anniversary,
I made a white chocolate mousse cake to celebrate with my husband. 
Originally, I was planning to make some white chocolate flower decorations on the top of it,
however, I was running out of chocolate at the last moment...

The top layer is Caramel Almonds,
Second is White chocolate mousse,
Third is Black Currant jerry,
Fourth is Cocoa Sponge cake.
It's a combination of textures :)

Lamington





















Lamington is the first dating cake that I made for my husband in Seattle.
After 1 year, I made it for him again. 
Here are Baileys + pandan flavour Lamingtons;
I specially put some Rum into the Baileys one, it tastes pretty good :)

The recipe of Lamington is quite easy. Instead of the sponge cake part,
all you need to do is just:

1. Mixing Milk, White chocolate and Cream (1 : 0.8 : 1), warm it up until the chocolate melts. 
2. Welter the sponge cakes into 1. for several seconds.
3. Spread desiccated coconuts on and raise it.
