Chestnut Mousse Cake












Chestnut Mousse Cake- our Valentine's day cake.
Finally, I received a branch of yellow roses, but not Carnations! (good job!)

Almond Cookies


























Homemade Almond Cookies
家裡有酥皮, 於是就快手做了杏仁條, 帶去新朋友家中作見面禮
上次回港的時候買下的一大堆包裝用品又可以出場了
杏仁條的食譜做法其實很簡單, 如下:
材料:
3mm酥皮1塊
蛋漿(1隻蛋)
砂糖 (適量, 作灑滿酥皮表面之用)
杏仁片(足以灑滿酥皮表面)

1) 於酥皮表面掃上蛋漿
2) 灑上杏仁片, 隨後灑上砂糖
3) 用刀將其切成長條小塊
4) 以170C 焗約20分鐘, 杏仁條程金黃色表面便完成
